Devoted almost exclusively to litigation, our practice is adept in all manner of tort liability, including but not limited to auto, premises, sidewalk, lead paint, and first-party uninsured/underinsured litigation arbitration.  We also practice in the fields of commercial law, real estate and wills and estates.

Our firm consists of 11 attorneys who together possess more than 165 years of experience in civil litigation.  We are proud members of The New York Claims Association, The Defense Association of New York, The New York State Bar Association, The Brooklyn Bar Association and The New York State Trial Lawyers Association.  Frank A. Composto is a member and past President of the Kings County Defenders Association and of various Columbian Lawyers Associations and The Catholic Lawyers Guild.

Having always been in the forefront of gender equality, Frank A. Composto has been a long standing member of the proud and honored Brooklyn Women's Bar Association.

We take pride in the fact that in the history of our firm, five past members have ascended to the judiciary, one of whom recently retired as presiding Justice of the Appellate Division, Second Department.

We are proud that our office is multilingual, with attorneys and staff fluent in Italian, Spanish and Creole, who are fully capable of servicing clients throughout the New York Metropolitan and suburban counties.

Additionally, we are staffed with a full complement of paralegal and clerical assistants.  Our law library is fully computerized equipped with the databases capable of providing all necessary tools for the active trial practice.  Our file management programs utilize the latest computer technology.
